• Identify infrastructure issues and solutions to improve network planning across all domains
• Influence and collaborate with key stakeholders to navigate ambiguity and implement planning strategies
• Serve as the team's recognized subject matter expert, staying current on network technologies and developing best practices

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• 8 years of experience in program management
• 8 years of experience in networking, network capacity planning or optical networking
