Assists with the planning and implementation of outpatient cardiac rehab and education programs for adult and geriatric populations, aiming for optimal recovery and promoting life-long wellness through exercises and education.

• Assists with the planning and implementation of outpatient cardiac rehab and education programs for adult and geriatric populations
• Manages individualized, goal-directed nursing care using the nursing process in alignment with departmental and hospital policies and procedures

• Associate's of Nursing Required
• Bachelor's of Nursing Preferred
• One or more years of Work Experience Preferred
• Registered Nurse (RN) Required
• Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) Required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) Preferred
