DSHS Lakeland Village - Attendant Counselor 1/Direct Support Professional

• Assist adults with personal care needs
• Provide direct care, support, and individualized training
• Actively engage residents in learning opportunities
• Support individuals with complex care needs
• Accompany and transport residents to appointments and recreational activities
• Accurately document care provided and report changes in condition or behavior

• High School Diploma/GED
• One year of experience working with people with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities
• Existing Washington State Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is a plus but not required
