As a Business Data Scientist, you will be instrumental in driving customer success at scale by building the predictive, personalized, and proactive solutions that define the future of customer support

• Drive customer success at scale by building predictive, personalized, and proactive solutions
• Research and integrate advancements in Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and AI agent architectures
• Lead development and deployment of advanced AI/ML solutions
• Implement evaluation frameworks and metrics for LLMs and AI agents
• Monitor and maintain deployed LLM and AI agent solutions in production

• Master's degree in a quantitative discipline
• 3 years of experience in a data science role
• Experience with AI/ML libraries
• Experience with cloud platforms and AI/ML services
