Responsibilities Provides oversight of the Locum Tenens Life Cycle with a focus on Vendor Management (VMS). Manages systems to identify and resolve operational obstacles. Manages contract negotiations and assisting in enterprise standardization. Delivers financial reporting, data analytics, and stakeholder presentations. Partners with executive leadership to drive process and program optimization. Leads process improvement initiatives and driving operational efficiency. Provides oversight for Managed Service Agreements (MSA). Requirements Licensure / Certification / Registration: Project Mgmt Professional License. Preferred Education: High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management. Additional Preferences: 5 or more years of Locum Tenens experience. Experience working with Locums through a large, complex health care system. Expertise with a Vendor Management System.
