Responsibilities
- Assist adults with personal care needs
- Provide direct care, support, and individualized training
- Actively engage residents in learning opportunities
- Support individuals with complex care needs
- Accurately document care provided and report any changes in condition or behavior
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- One year of experience working with people with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities
