Staff Visual Designer, Google Ads

• Lead the visual design direction for the AI-powered support surfaces, including our multi-modal AI agent and agent-assistive tools.
• Develop a comprehensive visual design language and component library for AI-driven support experiences, ensuring consistency, quality, and brand alignment across all touch points.
• Partner with UX designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers to translate complex AI capabilities (like automated troubleshooting and optimization) into visually engaging user interfaces.
• Advocate for visual craft and execution across the team. Mentor other designers and use the passion for design to inspire and motivate the organization.
• Conceptualize and prototype novel visual and motion design patterns for conversational UI, data visualization, and agentic interactions that make our AI feel intelligent, transparent, and approachable.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in product design or UX.
• Experience with visual design systems and working with other UX functions, Product Management, and Engineering.

• Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 12 years of experience in product design or UX.
• 4 years of experience leading design projects.
• 3 years of experience working with executives.
• Experience implementing high-fidelity animations and understanding of motion design principles.
