Technical Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Business Analyst (BA) to join our team and work closely with the Product team to support the development of a robust payment platform.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for the payment platform.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications, ensuring alignment with the development team's capabilities.
• Work closely with the UI Technical Lead to ensure user interface requirements are intuitive, user-friendly, and aligned with business goals.
• Partner with the Senior Software Engineer to define API requirements, data flows, and integration points between frontend and backend systems.
• Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement in existing processes and systems.
• Create and maintain process flows, wireframes, and mockups to support the development of UI/UX designs.
• Assist in testing and validating developed features to ensure they meet business requirements and quality standards.
• Support the implementation of PCI compliance requirements and content security policies in collaboration with the technical team.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose solutions to ensure timely delivery of milestones.

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in software development or payment platform projects.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and UI/UX principles.
• Experience working with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
• Understanding of data analysis and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles and their impact on business processes.
