About the role
WSDOT is currently seeking multiple Transportation Engineer 2s to conduct Program Monitoring for the Northwest Region Program Delivery Office in Shoreline, WA
Responsibilities
- Prepare, process and archive work order authorization packages
- Monitor, maintain and update project scope, schedule, cost estimates, and expenditures
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external office staff
- Provide guidance and information to other offices relating to the Highway Construction Program
Requirements
- Understanding of transportation engineering principles and practices
- Ability to monitor, maintain, and update project scope, schedule, cost estimates, and expenditures
- Ability to prepare, process and archive work order authorization packages
- Ability to verify project funding using tools such as IBM Cognos, TEIS, or other accounting systems
