Sales Executive, Personal Insurance

The Sales Executive Team is dedicated to navigating and managing a high performing sales culture in person and/or virtually

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies
• Own assigned territory, including business development
• Conduct in-depth agency diagnostics
• Facilitate agency appointments and build long-term relationships
• Prospect, onboard, and set performance goals for new agencies

• Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, business or related field
• Four or more years of insurance sales or related experience
• Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) (or willingness to pursue)
• Strong knowledge of Travelers products and general Property & Casualty marketplace
