About the role
Your responsibilities center around creating and implementing comprehensive IEPs specifically designed for students with hearing impairments. You'll develop engaging virtual lessons that utilize visual learning principles while accommodating different communication preferences and hearing levels through creative use of technology and multimedia resources.

Requirements
- Qualified candidates must hold current Kentucky DHH teaching licensure and possess a Master's degree in Deaf Education or closely related field
- At least two years of hands-on teaching experience with students who have hearing impairments
- Proficiency in American Sign Language and knowledge of various communication approaches used with DHH students
- Experience with assistive hearing devices, visual learning strategies, and understanding of deaf culture
