Respiratory Therapist

A healthcare facility in Monroe, NC, seeks a skilled Respiratory Therapist to provide expert respiratory care across multiple hospital departments.

• Provide comprehensive respiratory care to a broad patient population throughout the facility
• Operate and monitor ventilators and associated respiratory therapy equipment effectively
• Collaborate with respiratory leadership and multidisciplinary teams to deliver quality patient care
• Adhere to electronic medical records documentation standards using EPIC
• Participate in orientation and ongoing departmental training

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) licensure
• Active NC Respiratory Therapist license
• Minimum 2 years of respiratory therapy experience, including IPPV/NIPPV ventilator management
• Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
