Will follow established technical specifications to prepare design drawings. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the role. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all. The value you'll bring to the team: Maintains and updates a complete and accurate library of drawings from new and past construction projects. Ensures the accuracy of critical utility, equipment, and medical gas documents for all disciplines. Assists in the conversion of various drawings to CAD format for routine drafting projects. Administers a check-out program for library drawings to maintain document control. Updates square footage changes to ensure proper reporting for Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement. Participates in providing outstanding customer service and maintains respectful relationships with all parties. Documents project completion and events using a project checklist. Creates and modifies CAD drawings based on project requirements and specifications. Assists senior CAD operators and lead CAD operators with priority projects and important deadlines. Other duties as assigned. Prepares design drawings accurately by following established technical specifications and guidelines. Coordinates with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of drawings.
