About the role
Responsible for leading a team focused on executing and managing leadership development strategies and courses. This position partners closely with Corporate, Leadership Institute, Human Resources, and divisional and regional leadership to support learning and talent development activities.
Responsibilities
- Develops and implements leadership development programs to enhance the skills and competencies of leaders.
- Collaborates with senior leaders and HR teams to identify leadership development needs and create tailored training solutions.
- Designs and delivers onboarding programs for new employees and leaders to ensure a smooth transition and integration into the organization.
- Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of leadership development and onboarding programs, making adjustments as needed.
- Provides coaching and mentoring to leaders to support their professional growth and development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Leadership, Business Management, or related field
- 2 years of leadership experience
- 5 years of relevant working experience, including leadership development, human resources, organizational effectiveness, culture, and change management
