Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Norphlet, Arkansas in Norphlet, AR - Soliant

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students across K-12 grades
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting speech, language, and communication disorders
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student success
• Provide direct therapy services using evidence-based techniques in person
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes following school and legal guidelines
• Utilize teletherapy methods as appropriate to enhance service delivery
• Support students during their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if applicable

• Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
• Experience working in school-based settings serving pediatric populations
• Familiarity with healthcare-related speech therapy practices
• Skilled in delivering teletherapy services effectively
• Completion or active participation in a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
