- Experience in notification accident and able to listen and converse in English
- Expertise and knowledge of products in insurance industries
- Responsible for work duties and maintain flexible working time frame
- Good listener and mature in analyzing customer issues and problem solving
- Proficiency in using various operating systems and able to learn new skills
