  • Provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction

  • Have deep product knowledge, be quick-witted and a good listener
  • Be ready to answer the call quickly and be ready to replace each other with colleagues

Requirements

  • Experience in notification accident and able to listen and converse in English
  • Expertise and knowledge of products in insurance industries
  • Responsible for work duties and maintain flexible working time frame
  • Good listener and mature in analyzing customer issues and problem solving
  • Proficiency in using various operating systems and able to learn new skills
