• Deliver high-quality nursing care to a diverse patient population
• Manage and monitor cardiac rhythms with advanced interpretation skills
• Perform and document procedures including IV therapy and lab draws using the Editech system
• Collaborate closely with unit secretaries, nursing techs, clinical coordinators, and leadership for seamless care delivery
• Participate in floating between related units as needed
• Engage in patient experience efforts, including service recovery and escalation protocols

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license with strong Medical-Surgical skills
• Proficiency in IV starts and nasogastric tube (NGT) placement
• Experience in wound care and cardiac rhythm interpretation
• Ability to perform lab draws and utilize telemetry equipment
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Positive attitude and commitment to excellent patient and family service
