Responsibilities Are you an experienced Analyst / Project Coordinator and ServiceNow user, looking for a chance to improve workflow for technical infrastructure teams? If so, apply now. The successful candidate: Manages to Strategic Priorities; performs Risk Management. Promotes good working relationships. Enforces process and procedure (technical and project). Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Knowledge of building reports and dashboards in ServiceNow. This role will provide dedicated assistance over the critical operational delivery efforts led by Technology Managers in the Core Technology tower, working collaboratively with Portfolio Leaders, Resource Managers, and Project Managers. Job Duties Manage and improve the processes needed to support delivery for the Infrastructure Technical teams. Operates at a strategic level in collaboration with Infrastructure Leadership, providing oversight and governance to ensure Infrastructure projects tasks are prioritized and addressed in a timely manner. Uses program and project metrics to assess progress and drive project implementation. Resource Management Manage issues and risks that impact progress. Drives process improvements based on lessons learned and root cause analysis. Self-motivated and ability to work both independently and as part of the team. Organized with attention to details, able to work simultaneously on different tasks. Good interpersonal, facilitation and presentation skills. Strong critical thinking and analysis skills. Data-centric – quantitative, analytical skills and PC proficiency. Understands the business needs, drivers and direction and adapts and evolves the strategy to meet those requirements. Preferred Experience: Project management degree/diploma/certification would be an advantage 4+ years in Project Management / Project Management Office functions 5 years relevant Technical and business experience 5+ years Project Coordination experience Managed Service Provider and Vendor Management experience Intermediate to advanced ServiceNow and Google Workspace experience Expectations: Manage Project tasks being assigned to the Infrastructure technical resolver groups. Ensure prioritization and assignment Report out weekly on queue backlog Act as an escalation point for all Ascension PMOs to ensure tasks are being completed on schedule. Resource Management Provide insight into outstanding resource requests to leadership to ensure timely assignment. Coordination and Reporting Leverage ServiceNow to present Operational Project Metrics to senior leadership Build ServiceNow reports as needed to support dashboards, task boards and ad-hoc reporting. Assist Technology Managers with Project record requirements, including but not limited to, Resource Assignments and Time approval. Requirements Education: • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
