Senior Product Manager, Subscription and Offers

As the Senior Product Manager for Subscriptions and Offers across our streaming services, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the customer experience for all subscription change journeys—including upgrades, downgrades, cancellations, pauses, and plan modifications. This position is responsible for driving innovation and scalability within backend systems to support evolving business models and meet the dynamic needs of our customers.

• Define and maintain the product vision and roadmap for subscription management backend systems.
• Align product priorities with business objectives, customer experience goals, and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design and deliver robust, secure, and scalable backend solutions.
• Ensure seamless integration with billing, identity, and customer support systems.
• Manage the product backlog, write clear user stories, and prioritise features based on impact and effort.
• Partner with commercial, marketing, and customer operations teams to support subscription lifecycle initiatives.
• Communicate product plans and progress to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Use analytics and customer feedback to optimise subscription change flows, monitoring KPIs such as churn, upgrade rates, and system performance.

• Proven experience in backend product management, ideally within subscription or streaming services.
• Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, and system architecture.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across teams.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics and KPIs to guide product decisions.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, agile environments with shifting priorities.
• Strong complex thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to visualise challenges clearly and quickly grasp the projects that need to be solved.
