Med-Surg Nurse (RN) - Lawton, OK

• Conducting thorough patient assessments and nursing diagnoses
• Creating and managing individualized patient care plans
• Collaborating effectively with ancillary nursing staff and other healthcare team members
• Administering prescribed medications and accurately documenting the process
• Performing clinical tasks such as dressing changes, catheter insertions, and IV placements
• Monitoring and adjusting specialized medical equipment as necessary
• Observing vital signs and promptly reporting any adverse reactions to medications
• Flexibility to float to other medical-surgical units when required

• Current RN licensure with at least one year of medical-surgical nursing experience
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Comfort with a diverse patient population across different age groups
• Willingness to adapt to varying unit assignments as needed
