Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – School Setting

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our multidisciplinary team. The BCBA will develop and implement behavior intervention plans, provide supervision and training, and collaborate with staff and families to promote positive student outcomes.

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Provide consultation and direct supervision to teachers, staff, and paraprofessionals on behavior management techniques.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and related service providers to support students’ behavioral goals.
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate intervention effectiveness and adjust plans as needed.
• Deliver training and professional development to staff on evidence-based behavioral practices.
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise on behavior supp anortsd goals.
• Maintain detailed and confidential documentation in accordance with ethical and professional standards.
• Promote a positive school climate through proactive and preventive behavior strategies.

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Experience working with children and adolescents in educational or clinical settings preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and best practices.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations and multidisciplinary teams.
