About the role

Our Internship Program is an excellent starting point for individuals seeking to learn more about the insurance industry at one of the world's leading P&C insurance companies.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with sourcing candidates and screening resumes
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communications
  • Support onboarding activities
  • Collect and analyze HR data for regular reports
  • Help maintain HR databases and ensure data accuracy
  • Prepare presentations and summaries for management
  • Update HR dashboards

Requirements

  • Rising juniors and seniors pursuing a bachelor’s degree in many majors will be considered with a preference towards Human Resources or Master's degree candidate
  • Strong GPA preferred (3.0 required)
  • Leadership experience through work or involvement in community service, athletics, clubs, or other activities preferred
  • Basic understanding of HR policies and practices
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
