Physical Therapy Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant to join the VNA Home Health team.

• Assists patients, in the comfort of their own homes, to regain their independence by improving their mobility, strength, and overall functional abilities.
• Works collaboratively with the PT, patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care and achieve established goals.

• Associate’s degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited program
• Active registered PTA license in the state which you practice
• Must obtain and maintain current CPR/BLS Certification
• One-year Physical Therapy Assistant experience in a clinical setting.
• Current Drivers License and automobile insurance
