Behavioral Specialist in School Setting

An opportunity is available for multiple Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support students exhibiting severe behaviors in elementary and middle school settings (K-8th grade).

• Deliver direct behavior interventions and support for students with severe behavioral needs
• Collaborate with Behavior Specialists and school staff to implement individualized behavior plans
• Collect data on student progress and behaviors
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation
• Flexibly float between assigned schools as needed

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Experience working in school environments, preferably with K-8 students
• Ability to adapt strategies across multiple school settings
• Skilled in implementing behavior intervention plans and managing challenging behaviors
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with educators and behavior specialists
