Practice Office Manager II

The Practice Office Manager II is responsible for managing all business and clinical elements of the practice. Responsibilities include all resources and functions as they relate to both direct and indirect patient care. The manager is responsible for the oversight of ordering medical and clinic supplies. Also, responsibilities include quality assurance, OSHA standards, and safety standards for the clinic. Maintenance of clinical and business equipment are the responsibility of the manager. The Practice Office Manager is responsible for the day to day operations of the clinic. Ongoing staff training and development are the responsibility of the Clinic Manager, and excellent communication is required to assure we are in compliance within our clinics. This position is directly responsible for the hiring, firing, progressive discipline and staff evaluations. Fiscal responsibility is coordinated between the manager and Director, and the manager should timely complete invoice review and approval for next step. Coordination of budgets is done in conjunction with the Director(s). Knowledge of software systems, including electronic health record is critical to the success of the position. The position requires the individual to be instrumental in streamlining processes while promoting quality healthcare and increased patient and employee satisfaction.
