Work at Home COAF Ops Sr. Coordinator

Capital One is seeking a self-motivated individual with organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in an open and collaborative team environment. The Sr. Ops Production Coordinator will be responsible for working with impound facilities and customers to resolve impound accounts and secure Capital One’s interest.

• Ability to work and resolve escalated accounts in a timely manner
• Strong communication skills verbal and written required to interact with internal and external customers
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively through projects and day to day functions
• Respond promptly and professionally to internal and external customers regarding resolution of issues
• Ability to contact external customers to gather information needed to obtain a release on vehicles
• Monitor open repossession and communicate with external customers to retain vehicles

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
• At least 2 years of call center experience
• At least 2 years experience using Google Suite
• At least 1 year of experience in the financial industry
