Responsibilities

  • Lead a team through the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products.
  • Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers and designers.
  • Establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution.
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products.
  • Understand Microsoft’s strategic and competitive position as part of the Microsoft 365 Copilot initiative and deliver products that are recognized best in the industry.
  • Maximize for speed, effectiveness + efficiency, & learning in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm.
  • Identify and initiate opportunities for new areas.
  • Create trusted partnerships and working relationships, within our team and across Microsoft.
  • Partner with cross-company leaders to ensure successful delivery of the product roadmap.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product management or software development OR equivalent experience.
  • Experience building products in the AI space, including practical knowledge of large language models (LLMs) and their real-world applications.
  • 5+ years of product management experience including building and scaling API-driven and enterprise software products.
  • Experience prototyping and experimenting with emerging AI use cases, translating technical possibilities into customer value.
