Responsibilities
- Lead a team through the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products.
- Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers and designers.
- Establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution.
- Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products.
- Understand Microsoft’s strategic and competitive position as part of the Microsoft 365 Copilot initiative and deliver products that are recognized best in the industry.
- Maximize for speed, effectiveness + efficiency, & learning in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm.
- Identify and initiate opportunities for new areas.
- Create trusted partnerships and working relationships, within our team and across Microsoft.
- Partner with cross-company leaders to ensure successful delivery of the product roadmap.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product management or software development OR equivalent experience.
- Experience building products in the AI space, including practical knowledge of large language models (LLMs) and their real-world applications.
- 5+ years of product management experience including building and scaling API-driven and enterprise software products.
- Experience prototyping and experimenting with emerging AI use cases, translating technical possibilities into customer value.
