Classroom Assistant | Warren, Michigan

Seeking a dedicated Paraprofessional to support student learning in a K-12 educational setting located in Warren, MI. This contract position is available for the current school year and offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the classroom by assisting teachers and helping students reach their full potential.

• Provide instructional support to students under the guidance of certified teachers
• Assist with classroom management and create a positive learning environment
• Support students with special needs or individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Help prepare instructional materials and monitor student progress
• Collaborate with staff to adapt lessons and reinforce learning content

• Experience working as a Paraprofessional or in a similar educational support role
• Ability to engage with students of varying ages and learning abilities (K-12)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, flexibility, and a genuine interest in supporting student development
• Familiarity with classroom routines and instructional techniques preferred
