Technical Program Manager

• Design and implement technical solutions for hybrid AI scenarios
• Identify risks and propose data-driven mitigations for AI projects
• Define success criteria and collaborate across teams to deliver features for cross-functional projects
• Drive continuous improvement by validating use cases and collecting performance metrics
• Engage directly with customers and ISVs to support adoption and showcase AI-powered device capabilities
• Contribute to customer support and participate in direct customer engagements

• Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience
• 1+ year(s) of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
• 1+ year(s) of experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI)
