We are seeking a highly motivated Process Automation Specialist who excels at leveraging creative problem-solving skills to support, configure, and assist in designing sophisticated automation solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Support the design and execution of advanced process automation initiatives.
  • Apply creative and analytical thinking to dissect and solve complex workflow issues, developing innovative solutions that reduce manual effort and increase reliability.
  • Utilize data analytics to uncover root causes and emerging trends that inform automation improvement strategies.
  • Prioritize streamlining and automating internal processes within the Automation Operations team and across all stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with manual process experts to ensure seamless integration between automated solutions and existing manual workflows.
  • Support ongoing service health and outcomes initiatives by integrating automation insights into broader business strategies.
  • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to clarify priorities and drive coordinated execution of automation improvements and internal processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or commensurate level of professional experience)
  • Healthcare/athenaOne experience preferred
  • Experience with data structures (SQL/JSON) and/or API architecture a plus
  • Experience working with cross-functional groups and teams to achieve common goals and communicating and presenting to stakeholders
  • Demonstrated success creatively solving complex problems using automation with the assistance of AI or advanced automation tools
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders through impactful, data-driven storytelling and communication.
