Speech and Language Pathologist

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available to support elementary students in a school setting located in Niceville, FL.

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to elementary students with diverse communication needs
• Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on students’ specific needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)

• Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience working with school-age children, particularly in an elementary school environment
• Knowledge of current best practices and evidence-based treatment methods in speech-language pathology
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective collaboration
• Ability to manage caseload independently and maintain organized records
