Correctional Program Manager (CPM) Exempt Management Services (EMS) Band 2

• Promote respectful and professional interactions
• Maintain the highest standards of personal/professional and ethical conduct
• Supervise and be a resource for the unit supervisors and staff
• Identify employees' development needs and provide meaningful developmental opportunities
• Ensure timely completion of investigations
• Complete timely and quality performance plans and evaluations for staff supervised
• Development and monitoring of the incarcerated individual classification process
• Oversees the Restricted Housing Unit (RHU)
• Serves as the Washington Way liaison, Sustainability in Prisons Project (SPP) liaison, Incoming Transport/Job Screening (ITJS) liaison, and the facility Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) coordinator
• Participates in the rotation for facility duty officer and as a member of the facility Executive Management team
• May assist and/or provide urgent or emergent decisions needed in the absence of the Associate Superintendent

• Two (2) years of college or equivalent credits from an accredited institution
• Five (5) years of experience in adult or juvenile corrections providing case management services to incarcerated individuals, classification, and supervision of incarcerated individuals
• Seven (7) years or more of broad-based progressive managerial experience or administrative experience within an adult or juvenile corrections environment
