• Drive building world-class AI applications that will delight consumers and deliver business results.
• Own the development and optimization of personalization strategies for monetization, focusing on improving user targeting, engagement, and experience.
• Define principles for personalized experiences in monetization scenarios, work on building product features that enhance personalization, and manage the full lifecycle from development to launch and iterative improvements.

• Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development
• OR equivalent experience
• 2+ years experience leading cross functional product teams across advertising, privacy, search, conversational AI, or generative AI
• 5+ years experience delivering products that include full Search and/or Advertising technology stack
• 5+ years experience with data analytics and experimentation tools with working knowledge of SQL and coding skills (Python, Javascript)
