About the role
Join Delta Air Lines as a Reservations Co-Op and help shape the future of customer care. You’ll work on high-impact projects that improve the servicing experiences for millions of customers while gaining hands-on experience in data analytics, process improvement, product management, or statistical modeling.
Responsibilities
- Resolve product and project issues and risks
- Perform extensive data analysis and collection
- Identify process improvement opportunities
Requirements
- Must be currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree
- Not enrolled in any classes (remote or on-campus) during the duration of the program
- Must be able to work 12 consecutive weeks
- Must be able to come into Corporate Headquarters in Atlanta 2 – 3 times a week
- A strong team player, detail oriented, and perform well under pressure
- Conveys professional image to all levels of associates
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Must be willing to travel as required
