About the role

Providing specialized behavioral support to students in K-12 educational settings requires expertise and dedication. This role focuses on delivering evidence-based behavioral interventions under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) within a contract position for the current school year.

Responsibilities

  • Implement individualized behavior plans in alignment with BCBA supervision
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to promote positive behavioral outcomes
  • Monitor and track student progress using data collection tools
  • Provide training and support to school staff on behavior management techniques
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of intervention strategies

Requirements

  • Active BCBA licensure is required
  • Experience working with K-12 student populations, particularly in special education or autism support settings
  • Strong skills in functional behavior assessment and behavior intervention planning
  • Ability to adapt interventions across elementary and high school levels
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
