About the role

The Management Analyst 3 (Project Coordinator) position is within the Consumer Protection Division and is based out of our Tumwater Office.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the planning, implementation, and completion of projects
  • Apply project management principles
  • Facilitate and support project-related meetings
  • Lead and support process improvement initiatives
  • Monitor and evaluate program and operational effectiveness

Requirements

  • Seven (7) years of full-time equivalent experience
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Experience and working knowledge of process improvement initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, align, and drive outcomes
