Net Revenue Management Director

Provide enterprise wide leadership for government reimbursement strategy across all markets, with intentional development of leadership depth and succession readiness within the Net Revenue Management function.

• Provide enterprise wide leadership for government reimbursement strategy
• Serve as the executive subject matter expert for complex government reimbursement programs
• Direct national cost reporting strategy and third party settlement methodologies
• Advise senior leadership on proposed and final federal and state reimbursement regulations
• Partner with Strategic Finance, market leadership, external vendors, and legal counsel to lead audits, appeals, and enterprise reimbursement optimization initiatives

• High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required
• Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required
