Schedule: Full Time Monday through Friday, typically 8-5, though hours may vary to allow for connections with night shift. It is on site, either on the Celebration campus, or 2 days a week at Creation Village school Shift: Days Location: 400 CELEBRATION PLACE, Celebration, 34747 Unit Highlights: The 11-bed AdventHealth Celebration Pediatric Emergency Department is the only Pediatric Emergency Department in Osceola County. Includes an observation unit to closely monitor care for up to 24 hours Communication and collaboration are the key to success here and is accomplished thanks to a team of staff that work well together and enjoy the challenge of working with children and partnering with their families to ensure all their care needs are met while in the ED. The community you'll be caring for: Established in 1997 and now a 357-bed hospital AdventHealth Celebration Health was designed as a Mediterranean resort-style facility to serve as a cornerstone of health in Disneys planned community of Celebration, Florida The hospital consistently delivers a state-of-the-art healing environment to residents of Osceola, Orange, Polk and Lake Counties, as well as to visitors from across the United States and the world. All within a 'living laboratory' of groundbreaking, research-driven clinical solutions that integrate mind, body and spirit in the defeat of illness and disease
The role you'll contribute: Clinical Regulatory Specialist Emergency Department (CRSED) is responsible for all audits, patient chart reviews and data collection in compliance with hospital governing agencies. Upon review of the multiple data elements, the CRSED evaluates and synthesizes the elements to establish, implement and improve the measures in order to achieve effective and efficient processes with optimal patient outcomes. Through strong partnerships and communication with interdisciplinary teams, the CRSED leads and participates in planning, delivery and continuous evaluation of the process improvement plan to achieve best practice outcomes. The CRSED participates in meetings as directed by Emergency Department Leadership and other projects assigned. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility for maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

Collects and analyzes data to monitor compliance and identify areas for improvement. Leads and participates in planning and delivery of process improvement plans. Communicates findings and recommendations to interdisciplinary teams. Educates stakeholders on compliance requirements and improvement strategies. Participates in projects and meetings as directed by the Director and/or Nurse Manager.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for all audits, patient chart reviews and data collection in compliance with hospital governing agencies.

Requirements
- Graduate of a RN program
- Two years of recent ED clinical nursing experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
