Responsibilities
- Participate in development of end-to-end AI/ML projects—from research and design to deployment and ongoing maintenance—ensuring scalable, production-ready systems
- Help implement robust ML pipelines and production-grade infrastructure to support high-volume workloads
- Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities aligned with business goals and customer needs
- Research and prototype novel AI/ML algorithms and techniques to drive innovation
- Help establish best practices for AI/ML development, deployment, monitoring, and governance
- Monitor model performance, scalability, and cost in production, and drive continuous optimization
- Advocate for responsible AI—focusing on fairness, transparency, and data privacy
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science/Engineering, or a related technical field
- 3+ years in technology or software development, with at least 1 year specializing in ML/AI and Data Science roles
- Technical comprehension of Classical AI/ML algorithms, deep learning, Natural Language Understanding and Processing, Generative AI such as GPT and BERT, Large Language Model, LangChain and LangGraph
- Proficiency in Python and JVM language/services
- Proficiency in working with SQL and non-SQL data
- Experience with at least one major ML framework (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Practical experience taking models from prototype to production; familiarity with AWS SageMaker is a plus
- Experience in MLOps and Machine Learning workflow orchestration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for staying current with AI research and applying novel techniques responsibly in production
