About the role
Deliver critical post-anesthesia care to patients in a supportive and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor patients for vital signs stability
- Manage pain and comfort
- Administer medications as prescribed
- Collaborate with surgical teams and anesthesiologists
- Patient education and discharge planning
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- PACU (Post-Anesthesia Care Unit) experience
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to operate monitoring equipment and administer medications safely
- Excellent communication skills and compassion for patient care
