• Hands on experience of implementing and shipping production quality Machine Learning models or Data pipelines
• Prior work/research experience in Search domain is preferable
• End to end ranking of search results
• Personalization of search results
• LLM applications to Search problems
• Experiment with State of the Art encoding/decoding architectures for Search
• Document Text/Passage extraction and understanding
• Compliance and Privacy aware Machine Learning training pipelines at scale

• Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Economics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or related field
• OR equivalent experience
• Experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Software Engineering
• Hands on experience of implementing and shipping production quality Machine Learning models or Data pipelines
• Prior work/research experience in Search domain is preferable
