About the role

The Analytics Leader leads high-visibility projects that impact performance within the ATL Airport Customer Service operation. Projects involve measuring and analyzing current performance; designing, developing, and optimizing reports and dashboards; improving operational efficiency, productivity, and performance; identifying and implementing new processes across business functions; and creating business cases to support strategic direction.

Responsibilities

  • Measure and analyze current performance
  • Design, develop, and optimize reports and dashboards
  • Improve operational efficiency, productivity, and performance
  • Identify and implement new processes across business functions
  • Create business cases to support strategic direction

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in SQL and ETL/ELT patterns
  • Proficiency with Python, SAS or other similar tools and programming languages
  • Advanced computer, statistical analysis, organizational, written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced level ability to manage and troubleshoot a reporting database environment
  • Understanding of airport operations, technical expertise in benchmarking, six sigma, and the ability to influence without authority and work in a matrix environment
  • Must be a self-starter and be able to work independently with very little instruction or supervision
  • Must convey professional image with ability to lead, manage, and communicate to all levels of associates in a team environment
  • Ability to effectively manage and deliver on many projects at once within strict deadlines
  • Must be performing satisfactorily in current position
  • Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data
  • Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles
  • Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and have authorization to work in the United States
