About the role
Amazon Web Services is seeking an Account Executive to support our US Space Force Customer. In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to help drive the growth and shape the future of a growing business for the USSF. Your responsibilities will include establishing, building, and managing the growth of programs and pursuits in a high-profile account. This will include developing overall business strategies, collaborating across AWS, and engaging with customers and prime contractors to influence and accelerate adoption.
Responsibilities
- Meet regularly with USSF executives, PEOs, Material Leaders, and Mission Owners to understand their mission requirements.
- Drive revenue and market share in a defined USSF Territory
- Accelerate customer adoption and customer satisfaction
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline
- Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption
- Develop long-term strategic relationships
Requirements
- 5+ years of full sales cycle, technology sales or equivalent business development, sales engineering/consulting or equivalent experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret or above
