• Perform physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions to reduce pain, improve mobility, and prevent disability
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in accordance with treatment plans prescribed by healthcare providers

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapist program
• Active New Hampshire physical therapist license
• Current BLS certification (must be obtained within 30 days if not already held)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in inpatient or outpatient physical therapy preferred
