The role you'll contribute: The Program Manager, Strategy & Growth will focus on planning and facilitating high-impact projects. This position requires strong critical thinking and the ability to effectively communicate and influence a diverse set of key stakeholders. This position necessitates exposure to planning and executing strategic initiatives, demonstrating the ability to manage competing deadlines while adhering to budgetary constraints and optimizing resource utilization. The Program Manager will facilitate the detailed planning and execution of initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination, while mentoring and recognizing the distinct responsibilities of supporting team members. In addition to the successful go-live of an initiative or project, the Program Manager will also monitor performance and present to key stakeholders, as appropriate. This role requires a strategic thinker with exposure to successful strategic initiative development and execution management. The Program Manager must be high energy, committed to producing collective and individual results, and possess the drive and desire to work in a fast-paced, high-growth, team-based environment. The Program Manager accepts responsibility for maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all. Works with cross-functional teams to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables. Monitors project progress and adjusts plans as needed to meet deadlines and budget constraints. Provides regular updates to stakeholders, highlighting milestones and addressing challenges. Drafts strategic recommendations for decision-making in high-impact projects. Stays informed on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Supports strategic plan development using relevant data sources and dashboards. Presents findings and strategies to stakeholders through comprehensive presentations. Identifies opportunities for process optimization to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Ensures coordination and alignment with market expansion initiatives for organizational growth. Mentors team members and foster collaboration to build a strong organizational culture. Qualifications The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed: Requirement: Bachelor's degree in related field Master's Preferred 3 Work Experience Required Ability and willingness to lead in living out the organizations Mission, Vision, and core values. Ability to inform rapid and effective decision-making on key strategic initiatives. Finance orientation with exposure to budgeting, analyzing, planning, and pro forma development. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Able to express ideas and points of view to inform/influence key stakeholders through public speaking, presentations, reports, and professional correspondence. Approaches work as an integrated system. Ability to understand major objectives and break them down into meaningful action steps.
