Home Health Occupational Therapist

The Home Health Occupational Therapist (OT), under the general supervision of the Care Manager, provides occupational therapy to assigned patients and directs therapy assistants and Home Health Aides to provide quality care in accordance with physician orders under a plan of care.

• Minimum of six-months relevant occupational therapy
• Active American Heart Association BLS
• Valid in state Driver's License with current car insurance
