• Maintain departmental services
• Provide a centralized knowledge base for all departmental duties and functions
• Ensure departmental adherence to all established facility policies and procedures
• Coach staff and make sound decisions
• Maintain the safe and proper function of all patient movement equipment
• Report issues to Supervisors

• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
• 5 years of Patient Transportation and/or Dispatching experience
• 3 years of Customer service experience, preferably in a health care setting
