About the role
Lead the Charge in Justice Data Innovation!
Responsibilities
- Develops and enforces statewide policies and best practices for handling court data requests
- Evaluates and approves or denies data dissemination requests from public and private entities
- Serves as the lead policy advisor to judicial branch entities on data release issues
- Assigns and manages secure access levels for data users
- Negotiates, executes, and monitors contracts for data access and research partnerships
Requirements
- Law degree from an accredited college or university
- Three (3) years of work experience in any combination of court administration, court operations, law, public records, privacy law or information technology (IT) state contracting
