Senior Associate, HR Delivery

Our Talent and Performance Management (TM/PM) team is on a mission to bring our differentiated people vision to all talent management solutions and create a simpler, more empowering, transparent and inclusive experience for all associates

• Co-lead a set of initiatives to integrate newly developed talent & performance management processes into day-to-day operations
• Establish and maintain process documentation & user support materials for talent and performance management processes
• Execute control monitoring & reporting as developed for processes
• Provide reporting on critical in-cycle operational statistics & metrics (KPIs) for processes and functions
• Develop strong partnerships with colleagues in HR, Product, Design, & Tech to plan for and execute cycle experiences and changes
• Structures testing requirements & needs for products within scope of role
