About the role
Responsible for the collection of patient samples using standard venipuncture, microtainer, and collection techniques. This position receives laboratory specimens and processes samples for laboratory testing. This role performs clerical and client service functions in the laboratory as needed. In addition, this position ensures accurate labeling and handling of specimens. This role maintains a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements
- High School Grad or Equiv Required
- Technical/Vocational School Preferred
- Work Experience as Phlebotomist Preferred
- Phlebotomy (venipuncture and capillary)
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Preferred
- Phlebotomy Technician (PBTASCP) Preferred
